- ONNX Runtime Web 1.22.0, Microsoft, MIT license. Source: https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime/tree/v1.22.0 . Distributed files in web/vendor/ort/ retain the bundled copyright headers and LICENSE.
- Anime Segmentation model ONNX quantization: https://huggingface.co/onnx-community/anime-seg-ONNX at revision 25f233dc9f60e116dc79a5ba7e9575585388a36f, onnx/model_quantized.onnx. Upstream Anime Segmentation: https://github.com/SkyTNT/anime-segmentation and https://huggingface.co/skytnt/anime-seg (Apache-2.0). The ONNX conversion repository does not include a model card; record this exact provenance when redistributing it. Upstream license text is retained in web/models/ANIME-LICENSE.
- The application supplies its own image normalization, padding, mask resizing and hybrid chroma processing. Upstream model input preprocessing was checked against SkyTNT/anime-segmentation/inference.py. No upstream Python inference service is shipped or invoked.

Exact asset sizes and SHA256 digests are recorded in web/models/manifest.json. The browser fetches these files from the same origin and performs inference using WASM. No remote inference provider or API key is used.

The unmodified upstream ONNX Runtime v1.22.0 ThirdPartyNotices.txt is retained at web/vendor/ort/ThirdPartyNotices.txt and published at /vendor/ort/ThirdPartyNotices.txt. It is the upstream aggregate notice, not a claim that every component listed is present in this particular Web/WASM build. The Apache and MIT texts are also linked from the public terms page.
